Honestly, just trying to see if this place can compete with anywhere else.
Queen Hereafter: A Novel of Margaret of Scotland
This review will be short and sweet. Though I liked and admired the characters (except the queen's OCD), I felt that this book would have been better as a biography. The characters never fully come alive and the side characters -the king, the servants, the siblings... never really become anything but flat and lifeless.This history buff writer needs to stick to non-fiction. Otherwise a good read.
