Thankfully the second book in the series was MUCH better. I think what works for Glines is that she does a really great guy's voice. Like, I actually believe that a guy is talking when I read them. They may all sound the SAME and that is part of the appeal, but it is a move that works for this author and I suggest she keep at it.Didn't like this one as much as Vincent Brothers, probably because I again thought the love story went too quick. I LOVED Low, though. Marcus was fine and a nice guy, but Low and Cage are the real story here. Kinda sad they are just friends, not gonna lie. :)Hope Cage finds a woman to tame his wild ways.
